Credit Card Payments
We are happy to accept credit card payments, but you need prior approval for this,
and you need to agree to pay an added 3.5% convenience fee
to help offset the fees we have to pay on all incoming credit card payments
(we pay more than that, but hope you don’t mind helping).
Please contact us for approval on credit card payment, and we will give you
the total amount to be paid, which will include this 3.5% fee.

ACH Payments
We also accept ACH bank wire payments, and there is No Added Fee
for this type of payment. Please let us know if you want to set up ACH
payments, and we will send you our banking instructions.
Mail A Check
You can also mail us a check, and there is No Added Fee for
this type of payment. In most cases we are OK to wait a few extra days for
your check to arrive, so that we both avoid the credit card fees.
Just mail a check to the address on top of your invoice:

But if your account is very past due, and you are on credit hold, and you
need to place a new order, then please contact us right away to arrange
for payment by credit card. If you mail a check we may not be able to
release your new order until the check is received, which could delay
your order by several days.
